Hello and welcome! I’m an herbalist and massage therapist dedicated to supporting you on your healing journey.

About me

Olivia is a licensed massage therapist with a Bachelor of Science in Herbal Medicine and certifications in Permaculture Design and Level II Reiki from Bastyr University. With a strong foundation in both science and holistic wellness, Olivia integrates bodywork, herbal knowledge, and energy healing to support clients in achieving balance and restoration. She is currently continuing her education in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine to expand her ability to offer comprehensive, integrative care rooted in traditional healing practices and modern therapeutic approaches.

She offers a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where individuals can feel safe to be their authentic selves. Guided by empathy and intuition, Olivia is dedicated to holding space for each person’s unique healing journey, and she warmly welcomes members of the LGBTQ+ community. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, baking, crafting, medicine making, and creating floral arrangements, activities that reflect her deep appreciation for creativity, nature, and the healing arts.

  • I specialize in Deep Lomi Thai Massage. This type of massage include slow firm pressure, long body glides, and stretching. My touch is gentle, nurturing, and intuitive.

Lomi Lomi Massage originates in Hawaii and is a connective ceremony massage that mimics the waves of the ocean. Lomi massage is flowy and tense to be a bit faster paced.

Thai Massage originates in Thailand and was greatly influenced from Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine. Thai Massage works the sen (energy) lines of the body through stretching, compression, rocking, and kneading the body.

The emollient I use is shea butter because this is ideal for flow and tactileness.

  • As for massage I am looking at getting certified in chest/breast massage, interoral massage, scar tissue work (ideally to offer work on individuals that had top surgery), pre and post-natal massage/support, Ashiatsu, and Sarga.

As for for herbal work, I am working towards becoming a registered herbalist. I further want to develop my knowledge on planetary herbal medicine.

I will go into grad school for Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. I am also looking at pursuing training in Ayurvedic medicine and Craniosacral.
